The bill amends Alaska law to establish a two-year term for the chair of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority. The authority's members will elect a chair every two years from among themselves. A vice-chair may also be elected to preside over meetings in the absence of the chair and to perform other duties as directed by the authority.
