The bill establishes a House Special Committee on Military and Veterans' Affairs to study issues, review laws, and propose legislation relating to military and veterans' affairs. The Speaker of the House shall determine the number of representatives to be members of the committee, appoint the members, and designate a chair. The committee may meet during and between sessions of the Thirty-Fourth Alaska State Legislature and is terminated on the convening of the First Regular Session of the Thirty-Fifth Alaska State Legislature.
