The bill establishes a House Special Committee on Energy to study issues relating to energy use and energy development in Alaska. The committee will be appointed by the Speaker of the House and may meet during and between sessions of the Thirty-Fourth Alaska State Legislature. The committee is terminated upon the convening of the First Regular Session of the Thirty-Fifth Alaska State Legislature.
