The bill allows the Alaska Railroad Corporation to issue revenue bonds to finance the replacement of the passenger dock and related terminal facility in Seward, Alaska, and associated costs. The bonds can be issued in one or multiple issuances, up to a maximum of $135,000,000. The bonds will be repaid from dock revenue or other funds available to the corporation. The new dock must accommodate Alaska marine highway system vessels with side loading doors. The corporation's general credit and the state's credit are not pledged for the bonds. The act takes effect immediately.
