The Alabama Clean Indoor Air Act is renamed the Vivian Davis Figures Clean Indoor Air Act. The bill also prohibits the use of electronic nicotine delivery systems, such as vaping, in the same manner as tobacco smoking is prohibited. This includes most public places and at public meetings. The act becomes effective on October 1, 2026.
