This bill exempts covered K-12 and higher education institutions from inspections and recommendations by the Division of Construction Management for capital improvement projects valued at less than $750,000. The Division will still review projects for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The bill also makes nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style.
