Alabama SB260 amends the Self-Service Storage Facilities Act to allow rental agreements for self-service storage facilities to be delivered and executed electronically. It prohibits occupants from using a self-service storage facility after a notice of termination or nonrenewal has been delivered. The bill also revises the notice of sale requirements, allowing operators to publish notices in any commercially reasonable manner instead of requiring publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
