Diagnosed with stage three Hodgkin's lymphoma in early 2025, Grayson underwent months of chemotherapy, yet remained determined and focused on his academic future. Despite the disruption of his treatment, he maintained a 3.8 GPA while enrolled in Advanced Placement and Dual Enrollment courses.
