The bill extends the Joint Interim Study Commission on Expanding Access to High-Quality Out-of-School Education Programs, originally created in 2025. The commission will continue to develop recommendations for enhancing after school and summer educational programming. The study commission must submit its findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the Legislature by November 1, 2026, after which it will be dissolved.
