Removes exemption for hunting and fishing seasons and bag or creel limits from Alabama Administrative Procedure Act.

This bill removes the exemption of hunting and fishing seasons and bag or creel limits from the definition of "rule" for purposes of the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act. This change subjects the adoption and amendment of these seasons and limits to the procedural process established in the APA. The bill also makes nonsubstantive, technical revisions to update the existing code language to current style.
