Alabama HB366 revises the compensation for the Randolph County judge of probate and revenue commissioner. Effective October 1, 2026, the judge of probate will receive a salary in accordance with Section 12–13–20 of the Alabama Constitution of 1901, replacing all other fees and allowances. Effective October 1, 2027, the judge of probate will receive an annual salary of $70,000, payable in bi-weekly installments, replacing all other compensation. The revenue commissioner will receive an annual salary of $70,000, payable in bi-weekly installments, effective from the next term of office.
