Alabama HB116 amends the Volunteer Rescue Squad Tuition Reimbursement Program to allow EMS regional agencies to participate in education instruction. The Alabama Community College System, the fire college, and the University of South Alabama will jointly develop and administer a student tuition reimbursement program for students who are studying to qualify for emergency medical services personnel licensure from the Alabama Department of Public Health.
