Ukraine was invaded. Russia keeps bombing its cities, and ordinary families pay the price. Cutting off military and intelligence support, or threatening to, as leverage over the country under attack puts pressure on the victim instead of the aggressor. That is not neutrality. It is a choice, and it rewards force. If borders can be redrawn by invasion, no ally is safe, and the consequences will not stay in Ukraine. Americans have always said a free people have the right to decide their own future. Ukrainians cannot defend their homes and cities if the tools they rely on are switched off without warning. Every wavering signal teaches Moscow that patience pays and tells our other allies that American backing can vanish. Put the pressure where it belongs: on the invader. Restore full military and intelligence support for Ukraine, and make that support dependable, not a bargaining chip.
