End the Unauthorized War on Iran

Both the House and Senate have now voted to rebuke the unauthorized war on Iran — but the resolution doesn't bind the president and the strikes haven't stopped. Congress still holds the power of the purse, and it should use it to cut off funding for this war and bring the hostilities to an end. No president should be able to keep the country in a war the legislature never authorized.
