Repeal the HB6 Utility Bailout

Finish repealing the HB6 utility bailout at the center of the largest bribery scandal in Ohio history, and refund ratepayers the subsidies they're still paying for failing coal plants. Ohioans should not keep funding the deal that sent lawmakers to prison.
