Fund New Mexico's Yazzie Settlement

Fully fund the public education investments New Mexico courts ordered in the Yazzie/Martinez decision. Native, English-learner, and low-income students are still being denied the basic educational opportunity the constitution guarantees, nearly a decade after the ruling.
