Defend Vermont's Climate Superfund

Defend and fully implement the Vermont Climate Superfund Act, which makes the largest fossil fuel companies pay for the floods, washed-out roads, and storm damage their emissions caused. The U.S. Chamber and the oil majors sued to block it the day after Vermont signed it, and the state needs the legal firepower to win.
