Lift the cap on how many drugs Medicare can negotiate prices for, and accelerate the timeline. The Inflation Reduction Act started with ten drugs and is already saving billions; there is no reason to stop there while seniors ration insulin and cancer treatments the rest of the world buys for a third of the price.
