Pass a Red Flag Gun Safety Law in New Hampshire

Authorize New Hampshire courts to issue extreme risk protection orders that temporarily remove firearms from people who pose a clear threat to themselves or others. Twenty-one other states already do this, and the law has prevented suicides and mass shootings in every one of them.
