Restore Florida Felon Voting Rights

Implement Florida Amendment 4 as voters intended in 2018: automatic restoration of voting rights upon completion of sentence. The legislature added court-fee requirements that effectively reinstated a poll tax and locked out hundreds of thousands of Floridians.
